We are a family-owned and family-centered business. We've gathered a group of mothers, doulas, childbirth edcuators, breastfeeding counselors, yoga teachers, fitness trainers, massage therapists. Our goal is to provide one-stop-shopping for new and expectant parents. We want to support and nurture parents, from pregnancy, through childbirth and the postpartum period, breastfeeding and parenting the newborn, to toddler-hood and beyond.

We carry an amazing selection of stuff for babies and caregivers... from meal-time to play-time and everything in-between! In choosing products, we ask ourselves, "Would we have used this for our babies?  Will this support breastfeeding?  Will it make babies' and parents' lives more pleasant?  More fun?  Safer?  " Our selection includes nursing bras and breastpumps, cloth diapers and diaper bags, baby shows and baby clothes, baby carriers and baby hats, parenting books and cool baby toys.

We offer prenatal childbirth classes, baby care classes, infant and child first aid, pre and postnatal yoga and fitness, parent support groups, baby massage and baby sign-language classes. For slightly older kids, we offer toddler yoga and Music Together classes too.

For parents who need individualized education and support, we can arrange private prenatal classes, breastfeeding counselling and sleep consultations.
