Description
Computer Aided dispatch simplifies the dispatcher’s job by helping him or her assign trips in the correct order and to the most appropriate vehicle and driver. The dispatcher stays organized through color coded screens that indicate the current status of all trips. The system draws the attention of the dispatcher to trips that are becoming stale and those that have a higher priority in order to serve you better.
