About Us

We are an enterprising, not-for-profit cooperative that meets social goals through business ventures. WIN is 100 percent self-funded. Revenues from our four WIN Resale Shops finance our operations and our empowerment programs for women. Surplus revenue is used to fulfill our goal of creating opportunities for women to become self-sufficient. Through our New Start Program, we help women and children leaving transition houses to furnish their new homes. Our Self Sufficiency Program provides bursaries for training, personal and career development. In our Transformations Program, we offer personal development opportunities for women. Through our Gift Certificate Program, we partner with over 15 community organizations so that women in their programs can access the goods they need through a discreet shopping experience. When you donate gently-used items for resale, and when you shop and volunteer at WIN stores, you help to make our community stronger, happier, and healthier.
