About Us

 West Shore Transmissions started out in Victoria in 1993 as a Bullfrog-automatic transmission shop on Jacklin Rd. Diane and Larry Johnson changed the name of their Victoria-automatic transmissions shop to West Shore Transmissions Ltd. after buying out their old partner in 1999. In 2004 they had grown out of the old location and moved to Dunford Ave., just around the corner off Jacklin Rd. We have a knowledgeable team of automatic and standard transmission and drive train specialists.

 West Shore's Victoria automatic transmissions shop has their technicians certified, thanks to an international program conducted by the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association. ATRA has taken this responsibility one step further by offering a recognition opportunity for highly qualified repair facilities, which allows them to showcase their technicians and their commitment to excellence. They will show the shop has ATRA Certified Technicians on their members listings, which West Shore's Victoria automatics transmission shop is included in.
