I have known the owner Jim and his store for over 20 years. In that time I have not found anyone with more product knowledge. He is a pleasure to deal with. His level of customer service is something that you just cannot get when ordering a product online. Many people in the sales world nowadays are simply order takers...not Jim. When you visit his store, you get a real education in what you are purchasing. Wether it be shaving gear, pens, watches, wallets, clothes....or anything else in his store. This man has many years of experience...and it shows! Many regular customers drop by on a daily basis...just to say hi. It truly reminds me of the general store of days gone by....almost a community centre if you will. It is a true joy to visit Jim, and his store.
