First, a non-toxic cleaning solution is applied to the tile and grout that penetrates into the pores and loosens embedded soils, grease and other contaminants.

Then using our hot water extraction equipment, we thoroughly wash, rinse, and extract the dirt, oils and soiled water into our truck's recovery tank. There is no overspray of water or cleaning solution.

If desired, we will conclude by applying a sealer to the floor protecting it from further staining and/or re-colour the grout to the shade of your choice. Either way, your grout will have the potential to look as new as the day of installation.
