I cannot say enough good things about this Rob Tournour Masonry Ltd! From start to finish, my experience with them has been excellent. The furnace chimney in my 100+ year old home had begun to leak inside the house. Rob's company was one of three that I contacted to give me an assessment of the problem and an estimate on the solution. While all three companies responded in a timely manner, I chose Rob's because he and his employees were so thorough in their review of the problem (we weren't sure if it was a chimney or a roof issue)and there was no bluster or pushiness - I had total confidence that they were giving me an honest estimation of the problem (brick saturation, rebuild of the chimney recommended) and would take care of it for me. Greg and Jeremy did the actual rebuild of the chimney and were wonderful - hard working, friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. The work site was kept tidy during the project and cleaned up at the end. The work was done on time, the finished product looks great and suits the age of the house. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing masonry services and will certainly be contacting them for any future needs I might have.

We had cracking in the stone columns of the front porch of our 102-year old house and the smartest thing we have done in a long time was to recognize the need for professional help. From the moment we contacted Rob Tournour Masonry it has been smooth sailing all the way. Craig's initial visit to discuss the problem and provide an estimate was upbeat, knowledgeable and highly professional. We felt confident we had the right company from the first moment. The estimate was most reasonable (we had braced ourselves for a far higher figure!) and work began almost immediately. To our delight, the mason in charge, Tim contacted us by email to introduce himself and outline the plan. (No one ever does that nowadays!) It was a pleasure to watch him at work and he never minded our endless questions about the methods he used. We learned a lot in the process, all of which made us admire masons and their skills. I am certain the house is good for another hundred years, thanks to RTM and people like Craig and Tim. Best contractor/client relationship we have had in years.

Had a blasted rock retaining wall done by RTM and had no idea going in what to expect. I was overwhelmed by the knowledge, support and service at every step of the process. Specifically i dealt w/ Craig Fulton who is the best. Clear, concise, and so knowledgeable about everything it made the job easy. The final result blew me away. It was professional, quick turn-round, and without problems. I'd happily work w/ RTM again and would recommend them wholeheartedly if you are thinking of any type of masonry projects. I am delighted with the work done by this company. Ian built a front patio wall for me, and stayed until the project was complete. He was prompt, highly professional and efficient, and the wall looks great. The invoice reflected the original estimate, and there were no hidden or additional costs. If I require any other masonry work done, this will be the first business I will call without hesitation.
