NO! We hired Ray to redo our roofing shingles and he requested a deposit which we paid. Ray took our money and ran.

The local Bailiff has said this guy, Ray Ooievaar is a FRAUDSTER and well known and a bad history.
He has no legitimate address.
Get a hold of me Ray, and repay MY DEPOSIT. Not cool taking food off my kids plates!
