Our PlanetClean® Stores provide training solutions to companies and individuals. Our professional Instructors are committed to the enrichment and advancement of all members of the cleaning industry. We offer educational modules as part of a series of professional training courses designed to empower and improve the quality of workplace efficiency, as well as, the professionalism of your staff in providing a healthier, cleaner and safer environment for all.

We hold training seminars at our locations and on customers’ premises. Topics include, WHMIS, floor maintenance, washroom maintenance, equipment repairs and maintenance, spotting, fire and flood, to only mention a few.

The course instructors we have at PlanetClean®are amazing and talented individuals. They are here to teach you everything you need to know about the services your provide and how to enhance them. Two of our primary instructors are introduced to your below.

Jim Thomas

Jim Thomas has been in the cleaning and restoration industry for over 18 years, 12 of which was in the field. He is an IICRC Master Cleaner and Master Restorer and for many years he owned and operated his own cleaning and restoration business. Jim has been on the distribution side of the industry and brings with him a broad range of expertise in carpet and restoration products and services

Jim’s experience with a high volume West Coast cleaning and restoration business continues to be valued resource for new and seasoned cleaning professionals alike. As a professional educator his passion and belief in training makes his instruction constantly in demand across North America.

Randy May

Randy May has been in the cleaning and maintenance industry for 20 years with strong involvement in education, sales and product development. He has his British Columbia Instructor Diploma and was an Instructor and Department Head of the Building Service Worker Program at Vancouver Community College.

Randy May owned and operated his own contract cleaning company as well as managed the housekeeping department of a major Vancouver hospital. Randy brings his years of industry experience, training expertise and enthusiasm to every program he teaches.
