Wild Fire Bakery available at Peppers Foods

At Peppers Foods each and every morning our shelves are stocked with freshly baked bread from the local bakeries of Portofino and Wildfire. We also carry a new line of Fresh Baked Gluten Free breads, cookies and pound cakes from Portofino Bakery and EmmAlly’s Bakery . This is to ensure that we have nothing short of the best and freshest goods for our customers!

Wild Fire is a small family-owned business that has been specializing in artisan baking since 1998. Our mission is to provide the community with high quality and nutritious foods and to make these foods as accessible as possible. Among our goals is to create a healthy working environment and to operate in a socially responsible manner. Our vision is to enhance and support a community that values humanity, health and nature.

Our mandate is to use ingredients that are healthy and sourced from as close to our bakery as possible. While most of our ingredients are certified organic, many are locally produced using either organic or sustainable growing methods. We have developed relationships with local farmers and are proud to continually increase the use of local products in our bakery.

Since opening our retail shop in 2000 we now offer a full line of artisan bread and pastry as well as fabulous lunch items.
