We like making beer too!

We provide our customers with Festa Brew, the best beer kits available. Festa Brew is brewed and prepared from fresh malted barley, hops and water in a modern brewery, operated by brewing professionals. The result: fresh, premium, professional wort, ready to use without dilution.

Unlike other beer kits, Festa Brew includes top quality, style-specific yeast for each batch. Yeast is a significant contributor to both flavour and aroma of the beer, so pitching the right type into each batch is important.

If you make your beer on-premise with us you will bottle an all natural, all grain beer in about 4 weeks. Each batch of beer takes only a few minutes to prepare with no scheduled brewing appointments necessary.

If you brew at home you will notice not only a high quality finished beer but also a quick and mess free preparation of the wort. There is no sugar, no extracts, no water and no chemicals to add. Simply pour the wort into your primary fermenter, aerate and pitch the yeast. There are detailed, easy to follow instructions inside the box to help any newcomers to home beer making.

Regularly available styles are listed below.

Blond Lager: Easy drinking and crisp.

Bock: Dark, malty, strong German style bock.

Brown Ale: English style brown, mild roasted malt with low hop profile.

Continental Pilsner: Golden, European style, notable hops well balanced with malt.  

Cream Ale: Golden colour, smooth, delicate hop aroma and flavour.

Double Oatmeal Stout: Heavy, opaque, roasted malt and hops perfectly balanced. Two types of oats creates a creamy, robust mouth-feel and full texture.

Dry: Very light body, straw colour, crisp with low hop bitterness, no hop flavour or aroma.

Red Ale: Irish style red-amber colour, moderate malt and hop bitterness, low hop aroma and flavour.

Pale Ale: Deep golden, hoppy, fruity, English style pale ale.

Wheat: Light straw colour, clean North American style, with low hop bitterness (call for availability).
