My recommendation is NOT to invest in a Pella door especially the one with the blinds in them. We seldom moved our blinds up and /or down yet we've replaced them twice. One of the blinds in our door has been non functioning since May. MOST of that time has been spent waiting for parts. We got the blind today and .. now it appears the frame needs replacing. I'm guessing that is what was wrong in the first place. TOTALLY NOT impressed with the service at Pella Door in Victoria nor am I impressed with the product.
