The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is a quick and healthy protocol with proven, long-lasting results:
- Designed to achieve an average weight loss of 3 to 7 lbs per week
- Primarily promotes fat loss
- Helps to maintain muscle mass

The method has four phases – two for weight loss and two for maintenance and stabilization:
Phase 1. To be followed until 90% of your weight loss goal is achieved:
- 3 Ideal Protein pouches per day
- Select vegetables
- Unlimited lettuce
- Additional protein of your choice
- Supplements and other daily requirements
Phase 2. To be followed until your weight loss goal is achieved:
- 2 Ideal Protein pouches per day
- Select vegetables
- Unlimited lettuce
- Additional protein of your choice
- Supplements and other daily requirements
- (Same as Phase 1 except we replace lunchtime Ideal Protein food with a meal of your choice)
Phase 3. 14-Day gradual reintroduction of healthy carbohydrates and fats in the morning only.
Phase 4. Maintain your new body shape and renewed health while reintroducing pleasure and rewards.
