Highly unprofessional. Left rat droppings everywhere. Did not fix the problem could not even properly address with accuracy any of the issues. Two traps for an infestation?!? Really.. The owner does however possess the supernatural ability to diagnose by sight alone whether rat droppings carry the hantavirus! Hahaha
