About Us

Marty’s Mountain Cycle opened in 1989 on Esquimalt road. As a teenager, Marty was an avid BMX racer and freestyler. His love of bikes shifted towards mountain biking in the mid 80?s and soon he had his own store. As his passion for cycling grew, so did the need for bigger, better locations and over the years, Marty’s Mountain Cycle grew into the store it is today at 1-1258 Esquimalt way.

For the past decade Marty has been working hard to develop the store into a premiere destination for Mountain and Road bikers alike. He, along with his family and dedicated staff, take pride in selling cycling as a lifestyle sport for everyone from child to adult.
