Annulment Law
Description
An annulment is basically a declaration that a valid marriage is void. This is not the same thing as a religious annulment. The government and the courts do not recognize a religious annulment. There are many circumstances that can render a marriage annulled, and the team at Deborah Todd Law can help you better understand them. If you were involved in a "shotgun wedding", or were not in the proper state of mind for a marriage, you may be able to apply for an annulment.
If you are interested in more details about having an annulment, contact Deborah Todd Law and let us help. We will be happy to hear from you and answer any annulment questions or concerns that you have.
