Common-Law Agreements
Description
A common law agreement is a legal form of agreement that is between a couple who have chosen to live together under common law. In some ways, a common law relationship can be treated like a married relationship. These can become similar in such as applying for a mortgage or working out child support. Some areas such as property rights, pensions and inheritance, they are treated differently.
