Modern weddings for people who care about food and the environment. We design wedding menus that embrace the style and tastes of our clients, assisting them in making choices that are not only delicious, but environmentally conscientious.

We strive to incorporate principals of sustainable farming and local agriculture into all of our menus. In addition to using local fruits and vegetables, we purchase Ocean Wise seafood, hormone and antibiotic free meats, as well as factory-free poultry. Similarly, we use careful planning to ensure minimal food and packaging waste.

We cook using scratch methods and avoid processed and imported products, where alternatives are available.
