Hello friends and customers that ride E-bikes, Electric Scooters please vote NO for this article asking if Bicycles should be licensed. That is crazy and if this ever were to take place there would be a lot of people that would not only lose their freedom but loose their environmental and fun way of transportation to get to and from their work places and to run simple errands like go get groceries. The law has been in affect since 2001 and should not change now because some people cannot get a piece of the pie by having to have a license or insurance to ride an electric ebike or scooter.
