A small independent Victoria BC based asbestos abatement company with a strong focus on education and improving public awareness of the dangers associated with asbestos. Banning inappropriate uses of asbestos is a cause that we can pretty much all get behind. We strongly believe Canada needs to build financial incentives (effective forms of subsidization) into the identification, abatement and disposal of asbestos from Canadian homes and businesses if we are to effectively address this problem.

We provide pre: purchase, renovation, and demolition hazardous materials (hazmat) surveys and consultation to property owners, employers, contractors and property management groups. We inspect structures to identify hazardous materials (eg: asbestos, lead, etc), collect samples to be analysed by an accredited lab and provide detailed reports/inventories of existing hazardous materials. This is a necessary first step to determine if abatement is required before renovations, repairs, or demolition can occur.
