A friend recommended this new BBQ place, he described the smoked Brisket Sandwich and I was imagining Montreal. The menu is always changing and as such, I had to choose something else: Smoked Chicken Sandwich with smoked Bacon (oh and the potato salad - lemon and herb dressing was delicious). They use local meats from the Cowichan Valley and Two Rivers. It was really good. 10 days until the Brisket magically returns, I am told.
