Worst place! Did a transmission flush and we had to take our vehicle to a mechanic to get it fixed. $877 later they refuse to acknowledge their mistake.

Tim And Chris have only owned this location since Aug 1/14, so any awards and achievements where under the old owner Monte. I'm not sure of their back ground but have to wonder when they run out of common stock in the first week. Also have to think when all the young guys are out side smoking or sitting in the office on their phones, while the more mature staff members are in the shop doing most of the work, i guess being young with young owners is more beneficial then having the work ethic that has built the name and reputation of this location. I patronize this location but will only allow Scott ( mature man with bread ) work on my car, have been going to him for years and he has forgotten more about cars then these young guys will ever hope to know and cares for your vehicle like it was his own, which makes me feel very secure in my travels.

Yes all awards received where in fact won by the previous owner which if you ask him are actually won by the staff as any good owner operator knows. All of our techs are very experienced and I'm glad to hear that you have found one that you trust, in fact Scott to whom you refer actually won an award for Employee Of The Year in 2012 from the WestShore Community Awards. The new owners have been in the quick lube industry for the past several years bringing a combined 9 years experience with them. Once again I thank you for your comments and I'm pleased to hear that you trust Scott so much
