There have been many times I have dropped by with a problem with one of my tools. The staff patiently walk me through how to fix it myself or they will often just repair it for me right there and then, without charge. I know I can count on them to help me. The staff are always friendly and pleasant. Big thumbs up to Grants!

Great service, my 1994 wheelhorse toro lawn tractor was picked up and delivered, as scheduled, serviced and tuned up. the price was reasonable and as quoted, thanks luc, i will continue to be a loyal customer.

The best service. We have struggled with our weed eater for years. They quickly showed me an easier way to load the string, and recommended that we use pre-mixed Aspen. Good luck to the new management, hope you do well. Loved the fact that you are close to our home. We will be back.

My Toro mower needed repairs and a tune up. Your staff searched and found a cable that was difficult to find, installed it so the wheels are now power driven again and the speed control also is operational. The tune up was done, blade sharpened, new spark plug, and the mower was completely cleaned. As always, Grant and his crew were incredibly helpful. I showed up at closing time with my power washer pulled apart on my bench at home. They had the parts available right then and I was off in no time with the advice and everything I needed to finish my job. Thanks Grant's!

Top notch. My lawnmower was troubleshooted quickly, the parts were on hand, the repairs were made, I was charged a very reasonable fee (better than the competition, in my experience) and went on my way. I'm very happy and would not hesitate to recommend these guys. They know their stuff, they're local, and they do a good job.

This company does not even deserve a review. They have had my lawnmower for over 2 months, and still have not repaired it. Phone calls go unanswered, and they don't respond to my inquiries. They offered to lend me a spare lawnmower, but it was not available, so they said they would call when it was returned. They never called back. This is possibly the worst company around. Customer Service ? ZILCH I am telling everyone I know about this company !!!!

Grant and his crew can fix anything!! Just took my lawn mower in and runs better than when I bought in new.
