Once again, Dylan has proved that his music is far more enjoyable to me when it’s less folk and more rock. I even caught myself humming “Stuck Inside of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again” a few times after listening to this album. As a whole I still don’t think it’s something I’ll listen to on purpose very often, but it’s definitely an album with a lot of emotion and nostalgia attached to it. Some of the blues songs like “Leopard-Skin Pill-Box Hat” are great to listen to, but they’re also the highlight of the album, as it often dips back into Dylan’s Folk roots. Regardless, a good record with some good  songs, despite being greatly overshadowed by Highway 61 Revisited.
