Wine kits have come a long way over the last few years, and with a few extra steps and some patience you can make PURELY outstanding wine!

At Flying Fish Winery we use filter clear water and a minimal amount of preservatives and no clearing additives.

With wine kits typically made in 6 weeks, we take anywhere from 8 to 13 weeks.  This extra time allows us to ensure that the wine has completely fermented, giving it a dryer finish.

We cold stabilize our wines at 4C for 2 weeks, which causes the sediment to drop down naturally, this cold temperature also softens high acid wines.

The course filter system we use minimizes the stripping of color and flavor from the wine, allowing you to enjoy every drop.
