ICBC AutocheX Award
Description
ICBC has partnered with AutocheX over the past eight years to measure customer satisfaction of our c.a.r. shop VALET participants. Approximately 60,000 ICBC/c.a.r. shop VALET customers are surveyed annually.
Scores are based on key measures which include:
- The shop’s ability to keep the customer informed
- Providing on-time deliveries and quality repairs, and
- The customer’s willingness to recommend the shop to family and friends.
