Wonderful crew, however the estimate was confusing and looked like a great rate. When I paid the price was almost double the estimate. Tried to talk to the manager, tried talking to the regional manager, no compromise. I would not recommend this company due to the very expensive bill.

Kerry, I am sorry that you feel that you were mislead. It was never our intention to do so and for that I apologize. The quote you received was for a move into storage, with the hourly charges given and the weight based storage outlined. As you did not have a delivery address or time frame for delivery, the delivery costs were left open. We did state that the delivery would take around six hours. Dependent on the delivery access or area, the crew size and hours could vary, which changes the rates and costs. The hourly rate for the delivery crew is typically the same rate as the loading crew, costs you were already given. It was never inferred that the delivery would be done for free. The loading, handling, Replacement Value protection total which were spelled out in your quote came to $2487 before taxes. The delivery, which was described, but not detailed in pricing was $1128 before tax. The amount you call double the quote was not even 45% over, but you still have to account for the delivery was actually described in the quote. Overall, we finished the job under the price quoted, $3601 plus tax actual versus $3915 plus tax estimated.
