This company did an unsatisfactory job levelling the concrete floor in our daughter's condo. The rep came back to inspect the job and agreed it needed to be done over. When they tried to contact him to arrange a time, he could not be reached by phone, email or through the company website. They had to pay all over again to a new company. Very bad, disappointing experience.
