After three different refrigeration mechanics couldn't get my Air Conditioning System to work properly, I all but gave up hope. I was talking to Bill one day and he said, "let me have a look". He took the information I had on it home to study. Bill didn't have a problem asking the manufacturer the right questions and much to my surprise was able to get my system running after three years of nothing. I was more than impressed and am so happy it is finally working. Bill is very professional and an all around good guy. I would definitely recommend him.
