TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE BOTH BRAD & GREG PROVIDED AROUND THE MY RECENT PURCHASE OF A BALMAR ARS-5 EXTERNAL 3-STAGE REGULATOR,SETTING IT UP FOR MY ALTERNATOR AND THE SUBSEQUENT SUPPORT WHEN IT WAS DETERMINED THIS REGULATOR WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY 2008 CUMMINS QSC ENGINE. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BALMARS ATTITUDE CONCERNING THIS INCOMPATIBILITY PROBLEM IN SPITE OF THE FACT THEY WERE AWARE OF IT. AS THEY ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM,BALMAR HAS A RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY IT'S DISTRIBUTORS & CUSTOMERS OF THIS SITUATION TO AVOID THE EPISODE I WENT THROUGH.
