We are a locally owned company with 5 employees and growing! Our employees are trained to treat everyones home as a castle, from the modest to the extreme. We encourage and help our staff to further their knowledge and training through courses as well as apprentiship opportunities.
Our History
John Broughton started roofing 15 years ago working as a labourer for one of the major roofing companies in BC. He soon worked his way up to foreman. During this time, John worked hard to get his certification and ticket as a Residential Steep Roofer. He took his onsite practical experience to another major roofing company in a management capacity. John decided in 2007 to start his own company using the skills and training he had aquired over the years and bring his unique attention to detail and expectations to our customers.
Our Mission Statement
At Bang-on-Roofing, we will provide our clients with honest and upfront estimates. We will adhere to our estimate fully. Sometimes unforseen circumstances occur and should this occur we will discuss and disclose the situation fully with the client so there are no hidden surprises and costs incurred.
We provide a 10 year workmanship warranty. Application will be to manufacturer specifications to ensure you meet product specifications which will ensure warranty. All work will meet or exceed the BC Building Code.
