Super unprofessional and unorganized! I had contacted this company via Facebook Messenger as the company had a business page on Facebook and asked for cleaning services between a certain time frame. The owner wrote back and said that they could perform the services on a specific date and time and the rate. I further communicated with him the next day regarding method of payment and it was confirmed that eTransfer was acceptable. I also confirmed that my landlords would be there to let him into the suite (as I was moving out). Come the day of, my landlord called me asking where the cleaner was, so I called to follow-up. He claimed that he didn't have it written down in his schedule, he'd been sick with bronchitis for the past two weeks and wasn't sure why he didn't have a record of it - and kept going with excuses. I explained that we had communicated this and I needed the place cleaned before the new person moved in. So he agreed to contact my landlord and arrange another day/time and agreed to do it later in the day. He ended up showing up 1.5 hours earlier than agreed upon and then asked my landlords about payment. My landlord again called me to let me know that he wasn't about to start any services without sorting the payment. I explained to him again about our written conversation and what was agreed on for payment. He ranted on again about how he didn't have this in his schedule and that he was there now, like he was doing me a favor... I told him I wasn't going to pay him until the service was completed as any business should run without deposits. He took zero responsibility or accountability for his actions and made me feel like I was the problem while causing grief to my landlords as well. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The above person is so completely out of line. I've had these professional services for years now and am completely satisfied. I've recommended this company to all my friends and family and we are all thrilled with his work and his prices.
