Yes, Wes-Tech Irrigation Supply is both a wholesale and retail store.
Do you ship products ?
We would be happy to send any of our products to any
destination you wish. We can send via mail, courier or bus. We can also
provide a rate quote prior to sending.
Is irrigation all that you supply ?
Although irrigation is our main business, we also supply
landscape lighting, water and filtration systems, water gardens,
features, and other industry related products like tools and landscape
cloth.
All our products are industry related and our staff is well trained to assist with everything we sell.
Do I need an appointment ?
Appointments are not necessary. Our store is equipped with an
express counter for quick purchases, a full service counter for
customers who require more in depth assistance and a commercial counter
for contractors who have accounts.
How long does it take to have a design done ?
This depends on the time of the year. Designs are generally done
on a first come first serve basis so in the off season it is possible
to get it the same day. When it is spring and summer the wait time can
be a week or more.
Please note that the speed of the design depends greatly on the quality of the drawing provided.
What is required for you to do an irrigation design ?

to access our questionnaire. Generally we need a scaled drawing, the
size of the pipe that will supply the system, the metre size and the
line pressure.
Do you do site visits ?
Wes-Tech Irrigation is a supply and design store only and doing
site visits would be a conflict of interest with the contractors we
supply.

What is your return policy?
Any special order or non stocking products are non returnable.
Any cut items - pipe, liner, wire etc. are non returnable.
Any unused product returned after seven (7) days Is subject to a twenty percent(20%) restocking charge.
Any used or dirty products are non returnable.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
A copy of original invoice must accompany all returns.
Can you send me a catalogue ?
Hard copy catalogues are available for commercial accounts.
Digital downloads of our catalogue are available for everyone on our product page.
How is parking at your store ?
At the end of 2010 we secured a deal that gave us half the
parking lot. This gives us 8 spots total plus the building has allocated
some spots for customers of the building. This should greatly improve
parking.
We also have 2 hour parking on our side of Alpha St. and are in close proximity to the Mall and Starbucks.
